Great service with an earlier delivery than expected
Sent parcel from UK to Australia and eta was due 8th April but was delivered 5 days early and no issues having sent the same parcel with competitor only to be sent back to me for no reason given.
I'll be using these guys again

Parcels have been delivered with no problems. Im kept informed of the status of my parcel. The commercial invoices and customs are dealt with by you or the courier. The account is also a useful tool, making setting up a delivery quick and simple.

good tracking information and correct customs code applied for Eu shipping
as the title claims used other carriers and they applied wrong code to my shipment and my parcel got held at customs for 14 days which can be annoying but with parcel hero they applied the correct harmonised code to my parcel to get it through custom ...

Easy to do, well laid out website and interactive map of where to drop off. Lots of easy to see prices and options

Absolutely fantastic service
Documents delivered from UK to India in only 5 days. Costs less then Royal mail and much more efficient. Keeps you updated on every step. Highly Recommended.

it was supposed to be 1-2 days delivery and after 6 days still the parcel is in transit with no estimated date of delivery. The customer service is worse and the promise to get a live tracking are all big lies. I will never use this service again.

Very bad
II bought a shipment, they did not give me the labels. Later they sent them to me, then I had to cancel the shipment and I bought another one and they didn't give me the labels either and I didn't know anything about my shipment after I paid for it.

Avoid like the plague
Paid nearly 20 for a service that wasn't then needed and they charged me 9 to get less than 9 back. Pathetic and won't be using them ever again and I'll be sure to let every one on my page with 97k followers also

Not a happy customer
Booked for a gearbox to be collected courier can and took a picture and left without saying anything never came back. Asked for a refund whi h am waiting for and they want yo give me £6 less on my refund for cancelling when it was their driver's who did not collect.
