Whilst our standard air-freight services are door-to-door, if you do require airport-to-airport delivery, or the receiver wishes to organise their own customs clearance, contact our expert customer care team for a special bespoke air freight quote.
If your air freight shipment contains items weighing in excess of 50kg, then 24 hours advance notice is required for collection. When obtaining a freight quote, we will also let you know the next available collection date and delivery due date for each service, before you select the price and service you want.
We can collect pallets weighing up to 1,000kg in weight and 270cm in length. It is important to note that the delivery driver cannot collect the goods from inside your premises, so it is best to have them awaiting collection outside or in a loading bay area. You must also provide the facilities needed for loading and unloading the shipment. The collecting driver will however have a tail lift, however if you also require the driver to have a pallet pump-truck for collection or delivery, then please contact us prior to collection.
Unlike most freight forwarders, we don’t push a long list of surcharges onto our customers. All of our cheap cargo prices include door-to-door delivery with no separate charges for collection, war risk or customs clearance.

When you send air cargo outside the EU a customs invoice is required to expedite clearance. We recommend when sending commercial goods that you also include harmonisation codes for each product you’re sending (sometimes referred to as tariff codes) to ensure clearance is not delayed and import duties and taxes are assessed at the correct rates.

When sending palletised air cargo abroad it’s important the goods are prepared properly for transportation. Remember your pallet will be loaded and offloaded multiple times along its journey, and may also be exposed to environmental pressures such as transportation vibrations, weather and impact when being offloaded.
